    1 oz hot water (150–170°F)
    Splash of vanilla
    Spoonful of honey
    6–8 oz frothed hot almond milk
    Sprinkle of cinnamon

    How to Create
    Step 1: Spoon 1 tbsp (4 g) Buna Tetu Craft Instant Coffee into a mug or cup.
    Step 2: Add 1 oz of hot water and stir well.
    Step 3: Add a splash of vanilla and a spoonful of honey, adjusting for personal taste.
    Step 4: Add 6–8 oz of frothed hot almond milk.

    How to Create
    Step 1: Spoon 1 tbsp (4 g) Buna Tetu Craft Instant Coffee into a glass vessel.
    Step 2: Add 1 oz of hot water to the glass and stir until the instant coffee is fully dissolved.
    Step 3: Fill the glass with ice.
    Step 4: Add 6–8 oz of cold water to the glass, depending on your desired coffee strength.
    Step 5: Stir gently to combine.

    Coffee Aperitif

    Coffee Aperitif

    What You Need
    1 tbsp (4 g) Buna Tetu Craft Instant Coffee
    50 mL hot water (150–170°F)
    40 g organic cane sugar
    0.5 g vanilla
    0.5 g black cardamom seeds
    40 g rum

    How to Create
    Step 1: Infuse 0.5 g ground cardamom seeds and 0.5 g vanilla in 50 mL hot water for 5 minutes.
    Step 2: Strain with a fine mesh strainer.
    Step 3: Add 1 tbsp (4 g) Buna Tetu Craft Instant Coffee and stir well.
    Step 4: Add 40 g cane sugar and stir well.
    Step 5: Cool down to room temperature.
    Step 6: Add 40 g rum. Bottle the mixture and keep it in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

    What You Need
    1 tbsp (4 g) Buna Tetu Craft Instant Coffee
    20 mL hot water (150–170°F)
    15 g (1/2 oz) 1:1 simple syrup (we prefer organic cane sugar)
    200 mL milk
    100 g ice

    How to Create
    Step 1: Dissolve 1 tbsp (4 g) Buna Tetu Craft Instant Coffee into 20 mL of hot water.
    Step 2: In a cocktail shaker, add the ice, milk, coffee, and simple syrup.
    Step 3: Shake.
    Step 4: Strain into a serving vessel with ice. There should be a nice lattice of froth from shaking.
