From the renowned matcha region of Uji, Japan, we bring you ceremonial-grade Craft Matcha. Our Kyoto team explored the mountains of Japan to find a matcha that embodies the quality and taste we demand out of our coffee. We choose tender tea leaves from our producer’s first harvest of 

, or shade-grown matcha plants, and stone-mill them to protect against heat degradation.

Ethiopian culture revolves around its renowned coffee, with entire rituals devoted to its enjoyment. Echoing the flavors of the Buna Tetu coffee ceremony, a family tradition of Abel “The Weeknd” Tesfaye and his mother, Samra, this bold, chocolatey blend with hints of fruit is crafted from premium Ethiopian and African coffees, lightly roasted and crystallized for instant enjoyment.

Bella Donovan is the cashmere sweater of our blends—comforting, cozy, and enveloping. A natural Ethiopian coffee with jammy berry notes brings a glimmer of fruit to the otherwise chocolate-heavy foundation. To add nuance, we roast these two coffees four different ways. The result is a blend that straddles the worlds of complexity and comfort with uncommon poise.

We often call this trio of African coffees the single origin lover’s blend. Yet the appeal of Three Africas spans more than any one kind of coffee. But the Stagg EKG didn’t win the 2019 World Brewers Cup kettle of choice on good looks alone. Swan neck spout supports slow, controlled pour over spirals.
