The prolific William Pereira designed the multi-use Robertson Plaza building back in 1966. As an architect, his designs tended toward eye-catching shapes like ziggurats and pyramids, but for Robertson Plaza, he went with the more traditional (though still grand) rectangle.
Taking a cue from his mid-century modern aesthetic, our architects at wrk-shp designed a bottom floor recalling the era with curved terrazzo countertops and a minimal, but well-appointed, feel. Shaded outdoor seating invites lingering conversations over wafels and avocado toast, espresso drinks, and our seasonal single origins.
