This full-bodied blend is a staff favorite with rich notes of bittersweet chocolate and molasses. We mélange roast the Ethiopian component at three different levels to create fruity, complex layers, from bright juicy blackberry to deeply fruited jammy notes. The Latin American coffee adds gravitas for a bold and familiar feel that we crave during the winter season.
