Honey processed for a thick body, this coffee holds onto a subtle fruitiness from extended pulp contact. This quality is balanced with deeply sweet notes of toffee and the bite of cola.

We found this coffee through Mercon Specialty, an importer/exporter with on-the-ground operations in Vietnam. We’ve followed Mercon’s work for years, watching them help create specialty growers in regions known for large quantities of commercial coffees. Small holders in the Da Lat community are shifting their region’s culture to focus on quality over quantity through coffees like this one.
