Expressive fresh fruit and pop, yet remarkably clean. Nuanced acidity with overt top notes of fresh strawberry and lavender.
50% Brazil Sancoffee Samambaia Natural
More reserved dried fruit notes reminiscent of date and tamarind. Sweetness and texture reminiscent of crème brûlée.

We roast small batches on Loring machines around the world, so our coffee tastes not only luminous, but reliably consistent, from Tokyo to San Francisco to New York.
