This is the revival of the original coffees created in collaboration with NIGO®, founder of the clothing brand HUMAN MADE. In our first collaboration, we crafted these blends with the guidance of his refined palate. Because he favors brighter, fruitier coffees, we added Ethiopian components to both blends … in very different ways.

Past holds a deeper, darker roasted Ethiopian element mixed with a lightly roasted Ethiopian component, while Future takes a bright, fruity Ethiopian coffee and combines it with a sweet, rich Colombian coffee.

From the renowned matcha region of Uji, Japan, we bring you ceremonial-grade Craft Matcha. Our Kyoto team explored the mountains of Japan to find a matcha that embodies the quality and taste we demand out of our coffee. We choose tender tea leaves from our producer’s first harvest of
