We recommend using the Toddy Cold Brew System to brew the coffee concentrate, but you can also make a very good New Orleans–Style Iced Coffee with a large pot and fine-mesh sieve. Each 12-oz bag makes enough coffee to make 8 New Orleans-Style Iced Coffees.

Initially conceived as an alternative to the erratically composed and often disappointing iced latte, our Decaf New Orleans-style Iced Coffee is cold-brewed for 12 hours with roasted chicory and sweetened with organic cane sugar.
