17ft Ceiling

Named for the building specs in our Mint Plaza cafe, 17ft Ceiling is our take on the blue-collar Italian espresso blend. For it, dark-roasted organic coffees, including an Ethiopian natural for fruity sweetness and robusta for its leathery bitterness, build a dynamic tension. The robusta, standard in the classic Italian profile, harnesses bracing coffee flavors.
