Meet Valerie
Valerie Gordon learned her way around a restaurant kitchen during the early days of the farm-to-table movement in San Francisco. In 2004, the self-taught chocolatier started her own eponymous line of artisanal confections. Valerie’s fresh interpretation on classics have led to her cookbook, Sweet (Artisan Publishing, 2013), and numerous collaborations with artists, designers, and—thankfully—a coffee company like us.
