We worked with San Francisco-based coffee tools designer Fellow to create this custom kettle, crafted in our signature Fog Grey, to evoke the calming tones of our cafes. With twelve hundred watts, it brings water to the desired temperature quickly, and its hold mode sustains that temperature for up to an hour. Its swan neck and maple handle gives you full control over the speed and volume of your pour. And the built-in timer tracks your brew time without the hassle of a stopwatch. All of that is controlled by a single knob, which makes the kettle a streamlined joy to use.
