In order to anchor the Mwasa’s refined, berry flavors, we paired it with a full-bodied Peruvian coffee. When hot, this coffee evokes the familiar taste of cranberry juice and raspberry preserves. As it cools, the body of the coffee comes to the forefront, presenting a syrupy cup with nougat flavors. It tastes like summer, full of long, sunny days and impromptu berry-picking expeditions.
