This is our first release of a coffee from Ethiopia, considered the birthplace of coffee, home to innumerable wild coffee species, and the source of some of the most vibrant coffees in the world. The Yirgacheffe region produces some of the very finest and this top selection from the Adado Cooperative is a fantastic exemplar. This coffee was washed using a modern water-conserving depulper, sun dried on raised beds, and displays meticulous sorting. Expect milk chocolate, meyer lemon zest, berries, and multi-flavored gummi bears dancing on your tongue. Brew it any way you like and at all hours of the day.
