Can I pause my subscription?
Going on vacation? Too much coffee and need to hit pause? Just want to take a break? No need to cancel. It’s easy to skip one or more shipments.
If you haven’t already, log in to your account.
Head over to the Subscriptions section of your account dashboard and click the ‘Pause Subscription’ link.
The choice is yours:
- Skip Next Shipment: Skip just your next scheduled shipment
- Pause my subscription until…: Pause your subscription by choosing a date on which you want it to automatically resume
- Or pause indefinitely (for this option, your subscription will remain paused until you return to the subscription section of your account dashboard, and resume manually)
For this example, I’m going to choose a specific date.
I’ll click on “Pause my subscription until…” and then enter a date. A calendar pops up for me to click on my resume date of choice when I click into the field.
Once I’ve chosen a date from the calendar, I confirm my selection by clicking on the big blue button displaying the date I've chosen.
And voila! The subscription is now paused and will automatically resume on the date selected!
An email confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with the account.
