- 20 grams (one shot) Hayes Valley Espresso
- 100 gram milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 10 grams cane sugar
- 1 gram vanilla extract
- 200 grams ice
- cocktail shaker
- 10 oz glass
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with 100 grams of ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Pour over remaining 100 grams of ice in a tall glass.
- Serve. Dream of summer.
