Our founder, James Freeman, had long dreamed of creating Blue Bottle’s own formula for a chocolate that would be the ideal counterpart to our coffees. After having many conversations, TCHO's Chief Chocolate Maker Brad Kintzer nailed it with this decadent dark chocolate bar.
